About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at J.C. Steel Buildings (2019) Ltd. as we undertake various industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction of steel buildings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals, demonstrating dependability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Operate own transportation to and from work sites, with a willingness to travel regularly.
  • Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of own tools and equipment, including steel-toed safety boots and hard hat.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work 45 to 55 hours per week, with a strong attention to detail and ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Fluency in English and French, with a strong understanding of industrial and commercial construction practices.
