Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store management team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and implementing sales and merchandising plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
- Assist with store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales
- Deliver and meet sales budgets and goals in your department
