We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing (London) Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and Lead the Team
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure a safe working environment
  • Develop and Implement Health and Safety Plans
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Investigate Incidents and Accidents
    • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Provide Training and Education
    • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff are aware of health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Manage Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and legislation
    • Prepare and submit reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
