Job Overview

As a key member of our Digitalplussolutions team, you will collaborate closely with our experienced Product team to design, develop, deliver, and maintain our Java-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to understand and define system requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications, adhering to industry best practices and standards.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of applications, identifying and resolving defects efficiently.

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues as they arise, applying problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Java development, applying knowledge to improve application performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and with non-comprehensive designs as needed, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns, applying knowledge to develop robust and maintainable code.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to learn and master new technology, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with Swing UI, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.), and containerization concepts and technology.

• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development, with proficiency in React, Ajax, JSON, and NPM.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), webinar tools, and Internet-based collaboration systems and programs.
