**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Fortinos. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of meat and cut complies with our company standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Receive, store, and cut meat to meet company standards.
- Store meat on trays in an orderly fashion in preparation for wrapping.
- Ensure the safety and sanitation of the department meet company policies and standards.
- Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be a certified meat cutter/butcher.
- Minimum 3 years' experience cutting rail beef, veal, and pork in a retail meat environment.
- Must be flexible to work a combination of shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
