Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marble Mason to join our team at Revitastone Design Ltd. As a Marble Mason, you will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered with marble and other materials. You will also mix, apply, and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesives using hand trowels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered with marble and other materials.
  • Mortar Application: Mix, apply, and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesives using hand trowels.
  • Tile Installation: Set tiles in place and apply pressure to affix them to the base.
  • Tile Alignment: Align and straighten tiles to ensure a professional finish.
  • Project Management: Prepare rough plans and sketches, estimate costs and materials, and instruct apprentices as needed.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The job requires physical demands, including handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Work Environment: The work environment is industrial, with potential exposure to odours, dust, and noise.
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, with no degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Spanish, Filipino, and Tagalog an asset.
