Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 505 Ventures Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Performance: Assign sales workers to duties, monitor sales volumes, and prepare reports on sales performance.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff, conduct performance reviews, and establish work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and ensure that customer needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
