Job Title: Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team at Jacent Strategic Merchandising, LLC. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in improving the consumer buying experience by creating merchandising solutions in our assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
  • Manage the merchandising of impulse items displayed on clip strips & j-hooks in designated areas of supermarkets, as well as participate in merchandising resets and building retail displays
  • Implement plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and stock rotation to optimize sales and profitability
Requirements:
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with business partners
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel between stores
  • Reside within 20 km of Prince Albert with a valid driver's license
