Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee our retail establishment. This is a permanent position with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-smoking and requires the ability to handle a fast-paced atmosphere. Candidates should be prepared to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of 1 to 4 staff members, including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel.
  • Conduct hiring and training processes for new employees.
  • Manage inventory and order merchandise as needed.
  • Authorize payments and returns of merchandise.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and staffing issues.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Oversee payroll functions and conduct performance evaluations.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in retail management.
