Job Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and driven technical business analyst/technical project manager to join our integration team as Integration Project Manager.
In this capacity, you will lead a technical integration Agile scrum team, comprising business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the effective planning and execution of our integration projects with a focus on high quality and performance. Your daily responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with clients to ascertain their needs, gather requirements, and manage project backlogs.
You will partner with the project delivery manager and other key stakeholders to enhance the delivery pipeline and guarantee timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and serve as the primary contact for the integration scrum team.
- Assume full accountability for the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), emphasizing integration delivery from development to production.
- Lead the Analysis and Design (A&D) process, collecting integration requirements and producing high-level design solutions.
- Oversee the build process and take full responsibility for successful project delivery.
- Manage dependencies effectively and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including external clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA / B.S.C/ IT/ or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical project manager/delivery manager/technical business analyst – Required.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience with SDLC processes – Required.
- Proven experience leading a technical integration Agile scrum team - Required.
- Strong SQL proficiency – Required.
- Demonstrated analytical decision-making skills, business insight, independence, and organizational capabilities – Required.
- In-depth knowledge of integration architecture and industry best practices – Required.
- Extensive knowledge of integration technologies, including SOAP and/or REST web services and ETL processes (preferably Talend) – Required.
- Experience in customer-facing roles – Required.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English – Required.
- Excellent presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences – Required.
- Background in software development – Required.
- Familiarity with the insurance sector and insurance IT systems – Preferred.
- Experience with Jira – Preferred.
- Experience with Git – Preferred.
