- Full-time hours up to 40 per week
- Operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Closed on Sundays and Statutory Holidays
Key Responsibilities in Patient-Centered Care:
The Pharmacist will be instrumental in delivering safe, effective, and suitable drug therapy while fostering an engaging atmosphere for both employees and customers. This role is vital in achieving excellence in patient-centered care, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Emphasize clinical services such as medication reviews and disease management
- Develop and document care plans
- Assess the suitability of drug therapies
- Monitor adherence to medication
- Gather and record pertinent patient, medication, and health information
- Advise on over-the-counter products and supplements
- Address patient inquiries requiring therapeutic knowledge and clinical evaluation
- Oversee pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in executing restricted activities
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Kroll software
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
