We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway - Old Canmore Rd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
  • Work Environment: Stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
