We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Loan Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide best-in-class service
- Follow up on past due customer accounts
- Manage cash controls, including taking payments
- Commit to personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience
- A comprehensive training program to support your growth and development
- A positive and supportive work atmosphere
