Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality pipelines and processes to drive team efficiency, effectiveness, and process improvements.

  • Lead multi-team initiatives through project lifecycles, ensuring proper dependency handoffs, updates, and delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communications between internal teams and business partners.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Producers to build, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps.
  • Effectively communicate across multiple teams and seniority levels.

  • Embrace new initiatives or ideas, understand their value, and promote adoption and awareness within the team.
  • Balance project timeline, team capacity, team morale, and team execution with the product vision and its business goals.
  • Lead and facilitate Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ceremonies (standups, refinements, retrospectives).
  • Lead and moderate team meetings with clear agendas, focused discussions, and actionable meeting notes.
  • Track team performance metrics to communicate overall team velocity, project health, and progress towards project goals.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in multi-disciplinary game development for AAA games.

  • Experience running multiple projects and/or programs concurrently.
  • Proficiency in managing and coordinating multiple Agile teams.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and partner management skills: reporting, conflict resolution, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, SCRUM, and other project management methodologies.
  • Passion for delivering software solutions and enabling successful games and game experiences.
  • Passion for enabling high-functioning teams.
  • A curious mind, complemented by a love of problem solving.
  • Experience with production tools like Jira, Confluence, or Product Plan.
Nice to Have
  • PMI/PMP/Scrum Master certification, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable experience.

  • Working knowledge of Compliance and Privacy regulations (COPPA, GDPR, RTBF)
  • Experience with visual organizational tools such as Lucid Chart, Miro, and Notion.
