Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at TRIPPLE 8 JANITORIAL SERVICES INC. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Make beds and change sheets to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that all items are accounted for
  • Provide basic information on facilities to clients and visitors
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform physical tasks
  • Basic security clearance and ability to handle confidential information
Working Conditions

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe environment. You will be exposed to various locations and may be required to travel regularly.
