Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at EMC Business Solutions LLP. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and classify financial transactions
    • Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Financial Analysis
    • Prepare financial reports and analysis for management
    • Identify and recommend areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Account Payable and Receivable
    • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
    • Ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of accounts receivable
  • General Ledger Maintenance
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts
    • Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Skills
    • Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
