Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to serving areas and set tables appropriately
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing dishwashing mats, carts, and waste disposal units
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after service
  • Efficiently load buspans and trays for transport
  • Operate dishwashers to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving stations
  • Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items
  • Scrub pots and pans to maintain hygiene
  • Package take-out orders for customers
