Job Description

RESTAURANT AU PETIT POUCET INC. is seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for baking a variety of breads and pastries to meet the demands of our restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is an asset.
  • Food Specialties: Breads and rolls, including artisanal breads and pastries.
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check is required.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation is required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, excellent oral and written communication, judgement, reliability, team player, and patience.
