Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing layouts in accordance with building codes, utilizing various measuring tools
  • Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials such as wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel
  • Constructing foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, and erecting walls and roof systems
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware
  • Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residential and wooden structures across various settings
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role may involve supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Physical Requirements

Candidates should be prepared for:

  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • A combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Working under tight deadlines
  • Meeting a large workload that is physically demanding
Tools and Equipment

It is essential for candidates to possess their own steel-toed safety boots.
