Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of commissioning projects, leveraging your technical expertise and team-oriented skills.
  • Oversee comprehensive commissioning planning, encompassing budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and procedure/standard development for factory and site commissioning.
  • Represent Saltworks at customer job sites, collaborating with your team to deliver high-quality system/plant commissioning and ensure a seamless handover to customers.
  • Bring forward design feedback, driving continuous improvement and innovation within our engineering teams.
  • Implement standardized, efficient commissioning processes while enhancing our cutting-edge industrial desalination and resource recovery plants.
Requirements
  • A relevant Engineering degree or diploma in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Integrated, or Commissioning.
  • The ability to register as a P.Eng. with EGBC.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience as an engineer in an industrial setting, particularly in the backend of project delivery and handover.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety standards for mechanically and electrically energized systems.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality commissioning work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
