Position Overview

Paul Frank + Collins, a prominent law firm, is in search of a motivated entry to mid-level Litigation Associate. Our practice encompasses a wide range of areas including general commercial litigation, land use, professional malpractice, environmental issues, property disputes, and construction conflicts.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and have between one to four years of relevant legal experience. We are also open to exemplary candidates who may not have direct experience. Preferred qualifications include law review and clerkship experience, although these are not mandatory.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong oral advocacy and written communication skills, alongside exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Vermont Bar. While a commitment to living and working in Vermont is preferred, we offer some flexibility with hybrid or remote work options. Litigation associates will be required to attend court and administrative hearings in person, including evening meetings of relevant boards.
