- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing store conditions.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, flexibility, organized, reliable, and team player.
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Parmar Bros Inc, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, sales staff, and suppliers. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing store conditions.
