We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to leverage their FP&A expertise and operational excellence within Neo's leadership team, based in Calgary, AB. This role involves collaborating closely with co-founders and fellow finance leaders to oversee Neo's corporate planning process, ensuring that our strategic priorities are accurately reflected in our financial forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide Neo's management team through corporate planning and reporting processes, developing and executing strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term growth objectives.
- Provide strategic oversight for capital deployment, focusing on maximizing returns on investments to foster growth.
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate members of Neo's finance team.
- Collaborate with leaders across various finance functions, including accounting, corporate finance, and FP&A.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of extensive senior leadership experience in managing and developing finance functions within a rapidly growing organization, ideally in the technology sector. A deep understanding of FP&A, accounting, and capital management is essential, along with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, concise summaries suitable for diverse audiences.
