Job Summary
We are seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team. As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you will play a critical role in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and sort donations to ensure they are accurately priced and displayed in our stores.
- Work collaboratively with our inventory management team to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as inventory management, customer service, and teamwork.
