- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting the expectations of our customers.
- Operations and Administration
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen runs efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff performance.
- Develop and implement effective systems for managing kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Physically demanding role requiring attention to detail.
- Language and Communication
- Fluent in English.
