Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Room Assignments

Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Information Provision and Services

Provide accurate and helpful information to guests regarding hotel facilities and services, including amenities, policies, and procedures.

Departure Processing and Payment Collection

Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.

Cash Handling and Reporting

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with accuracy and attention to detail.

Inventory Management

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure efficient room management and guest satisfaction.
