Overview

KPMG Canada is seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Banking and Capital Markets Advisory Practice in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, leverage your operational and technical skills, and contribute to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, capture, and translate complex business issues for clients, leveraging your expertise in banking solutions.
  • Design, build, develop, and optimize comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational requirements.
  • Take ownership of defining, orchestrating, and delivering complex projects, utilizing your strategic project leadership skills.
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
  • Guide a diverse team of professionals during project implementation, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' business needs and the banking industry, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Contribute to proposals and demonstrations in response to potential customer requests, showcasing your expertise and thought leadership.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information/Technology, Finance, Public Administration, or Data Sciences.
  • 5-8 years of experience in consulting and/or banking services, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Experience in planning and tracking projects, comfortable working with executive stakeholders, and possessing superior communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and define problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, while demonstrating a collaborative and supportive spirit.
  • Sense of responsibility in the execution of work, motivation to achieve full potential, and understanding of the importance of human relations.
  • Open to learning and discovering new sectors and business functions.
