Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to join our team as a Program Director, Intensive Case Management. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN registrant.
  • Advanced preparation in the designated clinical specialty area(s), three years' recent related experience in a management/leadership position, and four years' recent clinical experience in designated clinical specialty area(s); or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Valid BC Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
