Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated automotive maintenance specialists who can work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with team members when necessary. Our full-service facility is looking for skilled technicians to contribute to a successful work environment.

Key Responsibilities
As an automotive maintenance specialist at Midas, you will be responsible for a variety of essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including:

  • Conducting routine vehicle upkeep, such as fluid exchanges and oil changes
  • Performing visual safety inspections and courtesy checks
  • Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires
  • Testing and replacing batteries
  • Changing bulbs, belts, and hoses
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in shop areas
  • Addressing other maintenance tasks as required

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A foundational understanding of automotive principles
  • Familiarity with shop tools and equipment
  • Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • A detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach
