Job Title: Power Platform Specialist

At Intelcom, we are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of low-code/no-code solutions across the company, leveraging the Power Platform to automate, integrate, and develop business solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and support Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform environments (Prod/Dev)
  • Guide and support our Maker community, helping to develop Power Champions
  • Drive low-code/no-code adoption initiatives to enable business users to leverage the Power Platform to solve their business needs
  • Participate in workshops with customers, document requirements, and design solutions on the Power Platform
  • Conduct knowledge transfer, hackathons, and awareness sessions as a subject matter expert
  • Design and develop Power Platform solutions that span Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 services, enhanced with AI when appropriate
  • Build product enhancements, including hierarchy, forms, fields, entities, business rules, workflows, flows, security, and supporting infrastructure
  • Participate in related activities, such as user stories, end-to-end process definitions, documentation, parameterization, configuration, testing, debugging, etc.
  • Stay current on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure cloud technologies to support the Center of Excellence for best practices and methodologies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in information technology
  • Two years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • One year of experience developing with Power Platform
  • Very experienced with the Office 365/Microsoft 365 suite of productivity tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Power Platform implementations & customizations (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, etc.)
  • Experience in configuration and customization of Dataverse (Security, Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), and Web API
  • Understanding of API or services integrations with multiple data sources
  • Experience participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented nature
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
  • A passion for technology and its ability to improve business processes
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English
