Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Worker to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities at James Toyota. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for significant repairs.
  • Engage contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of the facility.
  • Perform minor appliance repairs as needed.
  • Execute safety and security inspections regularly.
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Engage in repetitive tasks as required.
