Optical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our optical retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings to customers
- Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure a perfect fit
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the store
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
