Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a skilled Plant/Field Operator to join our team in western and northern Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our well sites and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal production and safety
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues as they arise, utilizing strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and safety tickets required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a natural gas field operator
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated, open-minded, and results-oriented individual
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
