About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at Beltone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide personalized recommendations for hearing aid solutions.
- Fit and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up care to patients, including regular check-ups and adjustments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in hearing instrument technology and patient care.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in the Province of Saskatchewan.
- Proven experience in patient care and customer service, preferably in the hearing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
