VICOSTONE CANADA INC. is seeking a skilled Purchasing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and supplies to meet the requirements of our establishment.
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers and consult with them to ensure the best possible terms.
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor the progress of delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service and plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 40 hours per week.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
