Brandt is actively looking for a Logistics Coordinator - Yard Operations for our Construction & Forestry division. This role is essential in supporting the parts department with the efficient shipping and receiving of products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with team members to load trucks and shipping containers with completed products.
  • Examine crates and bundles for any damage during the loading process.
  • Assist in inventory counting as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  • Load and unload machinery from trailers, handling various materials.
  • Operate a range of heavy machinery, including excavators and forklifts.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physically capable of manually handling goods, including steel and other products.
  • Strong communication skills and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to perform outdoor work safely in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and slippery surfaces.
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Physical fitness to handle all types of goods and materials as required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong attendance record.
  • Capability to perform outdoor duties safely in adverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
