Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Production Supervisor to join our team at EAT WELL ETHNIC FOODS INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Train and develop production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary raw materials and supplies to meet production demands.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
