Job Description

CS Group Canada, a leading provider of safety-critical systems, is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Verification Engineer to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure technical quality of deliverables and review team output
  • Define work packages and manage suppliers for outsourced activities
  • Develop and implement software verification processes
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts focusing on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
  • Instill a positive work ethic in the team
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients on technical matters
  • Provide weekly status updates and workload assessments to the Project Manager
  • Identify and provide team training
  • Contribute to the development of the company through involvement in technical and commercial proposals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Verification & Validation of Embedded Software in a DO178B or DO178C environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead, with expertise in team follow-up, reporting, team building and motivation, training and coaching

Knowledge of software tools such as SCADE, Matlab/Simulink, C, C++, Microsoft Office, DOORS, SVN, and Mantis is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as curiosity, autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities, are essential for success in this role.
