Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals or individual dishes, focusing on ethnic flavors and techniques.
  • Kitchen Inspection: Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
  • Staff Training: Provide training to kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking methods, and proper food handling practices.
  • Supply Management: Order necessary supplies and kitchen equipment to maintain efficient operations.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Duration: Temporary position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
