Quality Documentation Support Co-op Student

This role is an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic and growing company.
As a Quality Documentation Support Co-op Student, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) document management system in SharePoint.
You will review updated documentation with respective team members and make any necessary edits. Additionally, you will convert existing SOPs that are in MS Excel into MS Word or MS Form electronic documents, develop new SOPs following established format, and submit documents through review and approval workflows and upload to SharePoint.
This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work well with minimal supervision. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the growth and development of the company.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of quality processes and be able to develop knowledge quickly. Previous experience with document management systems would be an asset.
