Compensation starts at $19.50/hr

Shift: Morning Only.

Role Overview

  • Oversee Quality services and support for all operations assigned to their site(s)
  • Provide direction and mentorship to team members executing tasks
  • Foster and maintain a positive and efficient work environment at sites
  • Ensure adherence to all company and client protocols

Reporting Structure

Reports to Site Manager / Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Growth

  • Develop and sustain relationships with clients and site staff
  • Facilitate daily communication with various stakeholders at the site level

Operational Duties

  • Establish and oversee operational missions
  • Manage staffing for missions
  • Train and assess inspectors
  • Coordinate mission adjustments
  • Identify, label, and verify nonconforming materials
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of operations
  • Perform visual, mechanical, and functional checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Make independent decisions in subjective scenarios
  • Act as an inspector when necessary
  • Commit to minimizing workplace accidents
  • Adhere to local and company Health & Safety regulations and policies

Management & Organization

  • Ensure all site personnel receive corporate communications
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to address performance and attendance issues
  • Serve as a liaison between Site Manager and inspectors
  • Ensure accurate entry, monitoring, and approval of inspector time
  • Establish and maintain a 5S work environment

Technical Responsibilities

  • Update daily system entries in company and client portals
  • Create and maintain reports for clients and the company
  • Utilize company web portals for required audits and documentation
  • Resolve issues related to process flow, new criteria, and material discrepancies with suppliers and clients
  • Develop electronic work instructions and navigate company and client websites and portals

Additional Duties

  • Perform any other assigned tasks

Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in English
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Outlook
  • Skilled in using various gauges and measuring instruments
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
