Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ready Mix Driver to join our team at Testing four company. As a Ready Mix Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality concrete materials to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Concrete Materials: Safely transport and deliver concrete materials to job sites, adhering to safety and operational guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Inspect concrete materials for quality and size, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of your vehicle, performing minor roadside repairs as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, working closely with customers to achieve maximum satisfaction.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Collaborate with dispatch to ensure efficient and safe routes to job sites.
  • Equipment Operation: Assemble and operate concrete chutes, ensuring smooth and safe concrete pours.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment, attending safety meetings, and reporting any incidents or accidents.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Commercial Driver's License: Valid Class A or B CDL required.
  • Driving Experience: Minimum one year of experience operating a commercial vehicle with a multi-speed transmission.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders, lift and assemble concrete chutes weighing up to 60 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to work six days a week (Monday-Saturday) and occasionally on Sunday, with a maximum of 11 hours of driving per day and up to 14 hours of work per day.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Solid attendance and punctuality history required.
