Position Overview

The Retail Operations Leader at Xentek is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the retail environment, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Create and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using MS Outlook and other relevant software.
