Cleaner Supervisor Job Description

Bright Care Cleaners is seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
Work Environment:
