William Osler Health System is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team. As a Physiotherapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, including post-surgical, acute, and sub-acute patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and treat patients with MSK conditions, optimizing independence and recovery
- Provide education and consultation to patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Practice in accordance with the Physiotherapy Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics
- MSc Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Recent experience providing physiotherapy in an ambulatory care setting
- Experience with assessment and treatment of patients post total knee/hip replacement required
- Experience with WSIB clients and return to work planning
