Position Overview

The University of Regina is seeking highly motivated and organized students to fill the role of Teaching Assistants for the Economics department. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support for the delivery of undergraduate courses by assisting instructors with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist instructors with marking assignments, exams/quizzes, and student tutorial assistance
  • Provide exam invigilation and other general duties as assigned
  • Work collaboratively with instructors to ensure the smooth delivery of courses

Requirements

  • Priority will be given to applicants who maintain status as full-time students at the University of Regina
  • Preference will be given to fourth year and graduate students with a good academic background relevant to Economics
  • Student must be familiar with proofreading and editing, self-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
