As a Mixologist at Golf's Steak House, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation and customer service will enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
- Design and arrange the bar area to create appealing displays.
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar and cocktail lounge.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure glassware is properly washed.
- Service and clean draft beer systems.
- Assist patrons with wine selections and provide drink recommendations.
- Process payments for beverages, including cash and credit/debit cards.
- Accurately record and balance beverage sales.
- Store and manage beverage and food products effectively.
- Order bar supplies and maintain inventory control.
- Prepare a variety of mixed drinks, wines, draft or bottled beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take drink orders from serving staff or directly from guests.
- Fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and stand for extended periods.
- Strong client focus and organizational skills.
- Reliability and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- This position supports initiatives for newcomers, youth employment, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
