Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage special culinary events to enhance customer experience.
  • Assess food portion sizes and calculate associated costs effectively.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals or individual dishes with precision.
  • Ensure dishes are prepared with consideration for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in their development.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
