We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Integrity Corp.

Job Summary:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll and benefits for employees, including calculating and preparing cheques.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance, and reconcile accounts.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work accurately and efficiently, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment:

The Bookkeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
