About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hairstylist to join our team at First Choice Haircutters. As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts, styles, and color services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book appointments and manage client schedules
  • Shampoo and condition clients' hair
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair
  • Apply hair extensions
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
  • Suggest hairstyles compatible with clients' physical features and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair styling techniques and trends
Requirements
  • Hairstylist License
  • 2 years of experience in the hair industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment
